In order to fulfill the The artist archive of Taichung county legal obligations and provide information on our Center efforts based on the principle of transparency while adhering to confidentiality requirements, the Ministry hereby promulgates its policy on information security
1. All members of the Center are responsible for ensuring the security of information and information assets in the Center and its embassies, consulates and missions abroad.
2. According to the principles of transparency as well as national security and confidentiality, the Center’s website provides the public with up-to-date information on our Center work and available consular services.
3. The Center 's information security standards shall be set in accordance with the law, and information management systems shall be constantly updated.
4. In order to improve the overall effectiveness of the Center’s diplomatic efforts through facilitating the dissemination of information yet ensuring information security, we seek to ensure the stability of the networks, the accuracy of the information posted and the adequate protection of confidential files. To achieve these goals, all members of the Center should receive frequent training and read related information in order to gain a better understanding of the Center's information security requirements, software and hardware standards, hacker prevention, information dissemination and backup, encryption, and reward and punishments in regard to information security. |
